Google to Host Annual Stockholders Meeting

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – May 1, 2006 – Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) announced today that it will hold its annual stockholders meeting on Thursday, May 11, 2006 in Mountain View, California. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time at Google headquarters.
